
Johnny Lamb, DVM
Dr. Lamb has been a long-time resident of Rochester, NY, 15 years, but comes from Georgia originally! She attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts and finished her clinical year at Washington State. Dr. Lamb completed a 1-year, rotating internship at Veterinary Specialists and Emergency here in Rochester. She then stayed on as an emergency attending veterinarian for 14.5 years. She is excited to bring to Rochester a hospital that can help serve multiple aspects of the veterinary community. Dr. Lamb is an active board member and social chair for the Genessee Valley Veterinary Medical Association. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children exploring all that Rochester has to offer. Dr. Lamb currently has 1 dog and 2 cats – you may see them throughout this webpage!

Jennifer Ward – Practice Manager
Jennifer has over 10 years in the veterinary field ranging from general practice to emergency and specialty practices. As practice manager, she will be able to use her previous management experience and passion to help both people and pets. She strives to ensure all pet parents receive education to properly care for their four-legged family members! Jennifer currently holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of South Florida and is working toward her Certificate in Veterinary Practice Management through Penn Foster College. She has had many pets through her life including cats, dogs, chinchillas, rabbits, and guinea pigs. In her spare time, you can find Jen with her friends and family, hiking, or at a Redwings game

Hello, I’m Kaitlyn. I am from Jamesville, NY (just outside of Syracuse.) I have been working in Veterinary Medicine as a receptionist for one year and got into the field because I love helping people and their pets. I have one dog at home, an English Springer Spaniel named Pancake. In my free time, I enjoy painting, reading, and camping.

Nichole Nielson – Veterinary Technician
Nichole has been in veterinary medicine for 8 years. She started her career in the veterinary field as an animal care assistant. Upon completing her veterinary technician degree, Nichole started working as an emergency/critical care technician. Since then, Nichole has worked in general practice, internal medicine, and now urgent care. In her time spent away from the hospital, Nichole enjoys vacationing in the Adirondack mountains, being with friends/family and spending time with her black lab, Bentley.

Melena Walbridge – Veterinary Assistant
Hi, my name is Melena! I grew up here in Rochester, NY. Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I would want to work with animals some day! I have three dogs at home (Bailey, Abby, & Miller) and a kitty named Avocado. In my free time, I enjoy taking my pups on long hikes❤️

Ellen Colucci – Veterinary Technician
Ellen has been working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2015, she earned her degree from Alfred State. Ellen brings an array of knowledge to AIC, as she has experience in general practice and worked as an Internal Medicine LVT at a Specialty/Emergency hospital. She likes to spend her spare time with her husband, 3 dogs (Morgan, Zoey, and Jax), and cat (Freddie).

Linda Saller – CSR
Linda- I’m originally from Rochester and returned a few years ago after living in Hawaii, Colorado and Florida. I’ve worked at various animal hospitals throughout my travels. I love working with owners and their fur babies. My husband and I have 1 dog and 2 cats. We like to attend military history events, spending time with family, friends and being at Alex Bay.
